Majestic Floors and More, LLC is growing, and we’re looking for skilled Flooring Installers and Assistants to join our team! Whether you're an experienced lead installer or just getting started in the industry, we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time, year-round position. Pay is based on square footage installed—so the more you install, the more you earn!

• Lead Installers: $25.00 – $35.00/hour (employee rate)
  
• Assistants: $17.00 – $20.00/hour to start, with opportunity to move to square footage-based pay
  

Job Overview – Lead Installer

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer with experience in soft and hard surface flooring. This role requires strong technical skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Install all types of flooring using appropriate tools and techniques
  
• Prepare surfaces by removing old flooring, cleaning, and leveling
  
• Use power tools safely and effectively for cutting, trimming, and fitting
  
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
  
• Perform floor care tasks after installation for a polished finish
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of installation experience (Lead Installers)
  
• Willingness to train (Assistants)
  
• Valid driver's license
  
• Reliable and punctual
  
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  
• Good communication skills with coworkers and project managers
  
• Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions on the job
  
• Willingness to keep to a schedule and handle change orders
